Friendly, polite staff and free parking were the bright spots. The rest left us disappointed: the building is old, the furniture and plumbing are worn, and the heating didn't work, so our room was cold. There were no slippers, which I expected at a four star hotel. Breakfast had very little choice, and finding hair on the bed was really unpleasant. The comfort and service don't live up to the hotel's claimed four star rating.

The beds felt like dorm beds, and the whole place seemed closer to a hostel than a four star hotel. Breakfast was included, but we could only choose two eggs per person, with nothing else, and coffee cost extra. I paid 60-70 eur for what felt like a very bad hostel stay, when I could have slept in a hostel for 11 eur. We were really disappointed with carl nn hotel. It was supposed to be four star, but felt like one star at most. I'll send some pictures so you can see what I mean. It's incredible how they give out stars?

The hotel is out on the edge of Prague, though public transport into town is excellent. The receptionist suggested a phone app that lets you buy tickets for the time you need and shows which connections to take. In the evenings the bartender was very nice and patient. The rooms were okay, and there is parking. Thank you for having us!

We found it quiet and pleasant, with a clean, nice room. It's a fair way from the old city, but getting around was convenient and the trip to the center took 40 mins. Breakfast was okay, with some choices but nothing special. In the hot summer, opening the windows didn't do much to cool the room, and there was no air conditioning or fan. The front desk gave us a cute souvenir when we left, a really nice gesture.
