We stayed four nights in December in Apt 1, on the lower level. The heating worked perfectly even though it was freezing outside, though I can’t comment on the A/C. The terrace was a hit, and the living room had a box of games for the family. The furnishings were comfortable and modern, and the bathrooms and showers were in excellent, newer condition. The hosts were easy to reach and work with, and their instructions arrived on time and were clear. They use WhatsApp, so set that up on your device if you stay here. This is an authentic Prague apartment building that’s been remodeled, not a typical hotel. The location is outstanding, with gorgeous river and bridge views, and most sights and some wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. Look past the entrance, stairs, and rough exterior, and you’ll find a charming, well-appointed apartment that can make your visit memorable. I highly recommend it if you want something special and don’t need a typical hotel experience. There’s no lobby or in-person service; questions and issues are handled quickly through WhatsApp. If you expect butler-style service, room service, a bellboy, or maid service, this won’t be the place for you. Their direct website, which you can find by searching the name, has accurate pictures of every available apartment.

The river-side apartment overlooks the bridge, and it was super quiet despite being in a busy area, with no traffic on that side. The location is hard to beat, and the value for money is amazing. Everything was clean, with enough amenities for a long stay. A couple of things could easily be fixed. The shower has no holder on the bar, so you have to hold it in one hand, a minor annoyance. More seriously, the building manager turned off the hot and cold water without warning while I was showering with shampoo in my hair. I had nothing to rinse it with. There was no attempt to help, not even an offer of bottled water, and management went completely silent. They did respond after the first time the water was shut off, but ignored us after it happened a second time.

The terrace looks out over history, and it’s wonderful. The flat itself was clean and warm, with a working smart TV and internet. The landlord was caring and helpful, and late check-in was possible. There was also a kettle, tea, and coffee. The area is ideal for families, with lots of big and small restaurants, markets, and shops. Prague is the kind of place you’ll come to even if you stay somewhere else. You can walk around and visit safely. It’s just a few steps from Charles bridge and square. A couple of small suggestions from a former hotel owner: a bottle or two of drinking water would help with late check-ins, and matching white bed linens and pillows would look more professional. Still, everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely visit again.

We booked the flat through booking. It was very nice and spacious, with an incredible view of the Charles Bridge and the Castle of Prague. The building is only 50m from the Bridge, so the main monuments are within walking distance. Thanks to the residence manager for being available and providing such good service.
