Communication before we arrived was almost nonexistent, so we waited an extra 40 minutes for a car to take us to the apartment. Then we spent over an hour just trying to check in, and the person handling it was really rude. We understand they may be busy with several guests arriving at once, but that level of rudeness is unacceptable.

The owner was friendly, and the apartment itself was clean, cozy, and newly renovated. It had very large, comfortable beds and a neat bathroom. The location was very good, close to the city center.

A complete nightmare, with no hot water in the apartment and no one at reception. There was nobody there when we needed to leave the apartment either. We called, then had to wait more than 30 minutes. Horrible customer service, happy days, no, horrible days.

Clean and comfortable, close to the City Center, and cheap.
