I had a really nice room on the third floor, and it was quiet. I stayed on a Sunday in a suite for about 85 euros, which felt like a great price. It’s on the walking route between the Old Town and Charles Bridge, and the historic building looks beautiful from outside. Check-in is self-service, Airbnb-style. Doing the online registration beforehand was a bit annoying, especially since I booked at the last minute. I’d recommend it.

I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option. The only positive is that I did get the room I booked. The website doesn’t mention there’s no reception until after you’ve paid, when it appears in the confirmation email. They claim 24/7 service, but I’ve been trying to reach them for seven hours without an answer. It’s 5 p.m. and we’re stuck here, so imagine what it’s like if you arrive at night. The reservation has the wrong address, and the password they gave us won’t open the building. Thankfully, I met other guests who shared their password; otherwise I’d still be outside. I’m extremely disappointed. The trip has started nothing like I expected. Avoid at all costs.

The apartment was spacious, charming, and exceptionally clean. It was huge, which is a rare find in Europe for our family of six. The building itself was stunning and in a great location. A beautiful stay that made our return trip to Prague even better.

We had a great five-night stay and would happily return. Check-in was easy with the code they provided, so the lack of an on-site reception wasn’t an issue. Although the listing said there’d be no housekeeping, the room was tidied every day, with fresh towels and the linens straightened. The shower drain was the one problem. It doesn’t clear properly, and using full water flow floods the bathroom. Staff promptly sent technicians, who were kind and respectful of our space. I’d suggest they check it again, since I don’t think it’ll be fixed unless they run the shower through a normal cycle. I’d recommend the place to others visiting Prague. Thank you!
