Best Western Hotel Moran

The breakfast buffet was even better than the hotel's website suggested, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. My room was quiet, very clean, had no odd smells, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a safe and all the amenities. Hotel Moran is only a few steps from the subway and within walking distance of downtown, the Castle, and the historic sights. The staff were courteous and took care of my requests without trouble. I had a very pleasant seven-night stay and would return on my next Prague trip.

The women serving breakfast were lovely, as was housekeeping, but the receptionists came across as polite rather than friendly. We weren't given information about the area, things to do, or restaurants, and nobody asked how the stay was. Maybe that's just how Prague is, but we still had a great time. I wouldn't stay here again. At checkout, three different cards wouldn't go through. The reception staff acted as though it was my problem, which irritated me. When several cards fail, it might be the machine, not the customer. I had to run around the building to get cash, and the cards worked fine afterward.

We arrived early after a long flight from Singapore, and the receptionist checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready. We really appreciated that. The bedrooms had enough space for two adults, along with a Lor coffee machine and tea. The breakfast selection was good for a hotel of this size. Dominika was friendly and quick to help, and Iva was welcoming and attentive too. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions in both the Old and New Town.

The location, room, and service have all been wonderful so far. Reception welcomed us warmly, and on our first day they gave us a map and explained how to find our way around the city. Breakfast has a good range of fresh, tasty food. Iva was so kind and attentive, and helped us whenever needed even though she doesn't speak English.
