Hotel Czechia

I could hear noise from neighboring rooms quite clearly, and the building could use better sound insulation. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Czechia Prague. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, while reception staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk. Breakfast had a decent range, and the location was convenient and well connected, about two tram stops from key areas, so getting around was easy.

The breakfast was delicious and included options for different ages and tastes, from a kids' menu and fruit to coffee, milk, eggs, meat, and vegan food. The hotel is centrally located, with good food and rooms. Our room was spacious and neatly kept, and the hygienic bathroom had all the toiletries. I loved the facilities.

The room was comfortable and quiet, though it needs a little more upkeep: the curtains were somewhat dirty and the hairdryer didn't work well. Breakfast had plenty of choices. This is a cozy hotel in a great spot just outside the center, with everything reachable on foot. Narodni trida underground station on line B is only a five-minute walk away. I had a good experience and can recommend it.

The location was great, and the staff were kind and tried to help. But during my four-day visit I reported that there was no hot water, and it was never fixed. I was told a plumber had been by and found no problem. The only hot shower I got was in my son's room, where the water worked. Going four days without a hot shower is unacceptable to me.
