THE MANES Boutique Hotel Prague

We were especially impressed by how kind and welcoming the staff were. Olga deserves a special mention for greeting us so warmly and making our arrival in Prague feel easy and comfortable. The service throughout was attentive and professional. Our room was quiet, spacious, very clean, and had comfortable beds. We were delighted with every part of our stay at Mánes Boutique Hotel and would consider coming back if we get the chance. Thanks for making the Prague visit so memorable.

A few evenings we spent time with other guests in reception, where complimentary drinks are available around the clock. There’s beer, wine, prosecco, juice, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water. Breakfast costs 20€ per person, and guests can also use dining options and a fitness center at the nearby sister property, Mosaic House Design Hotel. Our three nights at The Manes Boutique Hotel were unforgettable, and we had no complaints. We arrived a little before check-in, and Tanya welcomed us with a drink while housekeeping finished getting our room ready. The small lift was efficient. Our standard room was quite large by European standards, with a useful entry closet full of storage, plenty of hangers, two bathrobes, two pairs of slippers, a safe, and a minibar and coffee area. The bathroom had a big step-in shower with rainfall and handheld heads, a bidet toilet, hair dryer, and good quality toiletries, including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and hand and body lotion. There was a king bed with nightstands on both sides, plus a desk and chair and a couple of cushioned spots to sit or set down suitcases. Outlets were on either side of the bed. Our window faced the street and tram tracks, but it was quiet apart from the occasional tram. Motion-activated low lights beneath the bed and over the toilet were handy at night, and the bathroom floor tiles were heated. The hotel is convenient for transit, about a 10 minute tram ride from the main train station and a five minute walk from two tram stations. Bars and restaurants are close by as well. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and Olga, Tanya, and the reception team were consistently eager to help, whether serving drinks, suggesting places to eat, finding a spare outlet adapter, or getting an ice bag for an injury I got while stepping off the train. The staff were outstanding, as were the modern decor, amenities, and comfortable room.

My wife and I had a great stay and would come back. The location worked well, with good public transport nearby and Old Town about a 10-15 minute walk away. Olga deserves a special mention for outstanding service, and everyone from check-in to check-out was helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size, clean, and had useful amenities like a safe, tea and coffee, and even a shoehorn. The modern bathroom and the hotel gym were both very clean and well equipped.

The staff made the stay feel welcoming, always friendly and ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and good soundproofing. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the whole experience was better than I expected. I’d stay here again.
