Alex was such a friendly, welcoming employee, and you could tell he cared about his job and wanted guests to enjoy their stay. He made an already special trip even better. The hotel room was always clean and comfortable, the bed was perfect for sleeping, and breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. Prague surprised us in the best way. The city is beautiful and has such a relaxed, cozy feel, and the people we met were incredibly kind, positive, and helpful. We made so many fun memories and met lovely people. We miss Prague already and would absolutely return, staying at this hotel again. Thanks for making the trip unforgettable.

We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was very clean, the staff were welcoming and extremely friendly, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was excellent, too. We brought our small dog and paid an extra €20 per night, which was absolutely fine. It would have been a nice touch to find a little pet bowl in the room.

They even let us leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out until our flight on the last day. The staff really did their best to make us comfortable, and we appreciated their hospitality. The hotel was well maintained, with excellent service. Our room was cleaned and the trash taken out every day. Breakfast was more than good, with lots of variety and plenty to eat. We'd recommend staying here.

I missed having a kettle and some tea bags in the room. Otherwise, it was clean and very affordable, with delicious breakfast to start the day. The location was handy, too, just a 7-minute walk from I.P. Pavlova tram station.

The room was on the small side but comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was very good each morning. The parking lot is on a one-way dead-end street that's tricky to get out of, so if you're taking a taxi, it's better to have them drop you on the main street in front of the hotel.
