Hotel GEO

Alexandra and Ana, the main staff and management team at Hotel Geo, made me feel genuinely cared for. They were professional and accommodating, but above all human. From room selection to service and daily help, I was well looked after, and I especially recommend the hotel because of them. I don't speak Czech, but all the staff understood and spoke English. The housekeeping staff were friendly and came in daily. The hotel has a homelike feel. Atrium Flora shopping mall is about 10 minutes away, and the museum is a 10-minute tram ride. Albert supermarket is around the corner, with local restaurants and cafes within walking distance, 360. Thank you all. I'll remember Hotel Geo when I leave for Australia tomorrow.

Good value for a stay with friends or family in Prag. The hotel is inexpensive but nice, and the staff are kind and capable. Parking is easy in the backyard, which is locked at night and seems safe. You can get to the inner city by tram or with a fairly short walk.

I liked the hotel's atmosphere and its old character. There are three different lobby rooms, each like an old living room, and the breakfast rooms are nicely decorated too. Breakfast was good. There's a kettle and microwave in the lobby for guests to use. The hotel is on a street with lots of local-brand shops at reasonable prices, and a tram stop is close by. My room was very small, the internet was so poor that I used mobile data the whole time, and the mattress was so soft I couldn't sleep properly.

The room was spacious, with its own hallway, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, and there's always someone at reception if you need anything. I wouldn't bother with breakfast, though. They served what seemed like the cheapest possible products.
