Hotel Herrmes

The staff left the strongest impression: a friendly, smiling group of young people who were clearly organized and kept things running smoothly. On a cold, rainy morning, they prepared breakfast an hour early so my colleagues and I could eat before heading to a work event. That thoughtful flexibility meant a lot to us. The hotel was fine for the price, and the rooms were very clean, which I always appreciate.

Getting into Prague’s Old Town was easy: the local Metro station is about five minutes away, and the ride takes under 15 minutes. The hotel’s location worked really well for us. The rooms were very clean and fresh, and looked like they’d been refurbished fairly recently. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and spoke very good English. There’s a secure, locked parking lot with cameras. Breakfast was a standard buffet, with fresh bread, continental items, ham, cheese, vegetables, and a good cereal selection alongside fresh dairy products.

The hotel met all our expectations. It’s well located near a metro station, with helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. It’ll be my first choice next time I’m in Prague.

The neighbourhood is quiet, modern, and pleasant, with a Billa supermarket nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There’s free parking behind and beneath the hotel, and street parking is another option. The hotel is only a few minutes from Jinonice metro stop.
