We could hear the neighbours at night, and it kept us awake. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

At 5:30 in the morning, I woke up terrified when a stranger unlocked my room and opened the door. A man and woman were standing there, saying they were meant to check in at 6 and that the receptionist had given them the key the day before as arranged. We called the owner, but she didn't answer or reply. In the morning the receptionist nearly laughed in my face, calling it a "bad arrangement" and offering no apology or professionalism. A complete disaster. Never again.

The lady was pleasant, and the accommodation was adequate, though nothing special. A bit more cleaning would help. I thought 4,500 CZK for one night was somewhat expensive, though December 14, before Christmas, is still an acceptable time to stay for a night.
