If you want somewhere dirty where nobody answers when there’s a problem, you could book here and throw your money away. We asked for late check-in when reserving through the booking site, but the request was rejected and the money was still taken, leaving us stuck with this hotel. We couldn’t check in on the first night and had to find another hostel. When reception finally checked us in on the second night, nobody was there for checkout either, just a box to leave the key in. There was no way to complain about the dirt or the problems. They don’t care. The hostel where I spent the first night was cleaner than this place, despite many people sharing one shower and bathroom.

The TV was out, there was no WiFi, and even the toilet had no soap. The shared showers served an unknown number of rooms and wouldn't lock. After I posted the review, I got this message through Booking. They called what I wrote on Google stupid, said a shower shared by two rooms was comfortable, and claimed anyone booking a shared shower was either seeking company or had no money. They also told me to keep rating pizza and said they expected an investigation because I was a paid reviewer. Then they said I should be ashamed of my comments. I'm not even going to guess what they meant by “looking for community in shared showers.” Just wow.

The bed was really comfortable, but there was no service or cleaning during the stay, and nobody came into the room. The shower also had no lock on the inside, which you'd expect. You get what you pay for.

The place itself was about 50/50, but the staff were awful. We had a parking problem and had to come back from an excursion in the city center because our car was apparently blocking other guests from leaving. No one had warned us about it. They don't seem to understand basic service or how to behave appropriately. I wish I'd read the reviews before moving here.
