Malostranska Residence

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and the apartment was spotless. It was a beautiful place in the heart of Prague, with major sights an easy walk away. Nearby, we found a mini food market, plenty of coffee shops and breakfast spots, and two convenience stores within 100 metres. Such a gem, and I'll definitely stay again.

The presidential suite we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with stunning views. Ask for an apartment facing the church. Ours had a well-equipped kitchen, great beds, a washing machine, and a lovely balcony overlooking the church. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location in the beautiful Mala Strana neighborhood was perfect, near Charles bridge, Lennon wall, and the fortress. All the rooms except one had air conditioning. We'd love to come back!

The family of five arrived to find no apartment available for the first night, even though the voucher and online booking showed the correct dates. The property had made a serious mistake, but refused to return the $750 paid for that night. I spent weeks chasing the refund from Australia, calling again and again to try to sort out the booking, but the owner wouldn't communicate. Instead of admitting the dates were wrong on their end, they accused the family of tearing a blind and kept the money. Disgraceful service. I feel sorry for the staff member left dealing with this incompetent owner. All you had to do was refund your mistake.

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's peaceful here, yet everything is only steps away. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an incredible location. The penthouse is worth considering for its views and little rooftop terrace. Watching the sun rise over the old city from bed was something else.
