The whole team made sure we had what we needed and stayed comfortable, and their genuine kindness was what impressed us most. Our room was spotless each day, with housekeeping doing a great job, and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. From the warm welcome at reception onward, everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. It was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. We'd love to return and highly recommend it. Thanks to the entire team for a fantastic visit.

The location is peaceful and charming, but still well placed for exploring Prague. Coming back after a day in the city felt like returning to a calm sanctuary. Breakfast was outstanding, with beautifully presented, fresh food and plenty of variety, served with the same careful attention as everything else. At Mandarin Oriental, Prague, the service felt warm, intuitive, and highly professional without being stiff. From the start, the team made us feel welcome and often anticipated what we needed. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made the luxurious setting feel personal. The surroundings were elegant, comfort was exceptional, and the stay felt effortless. A truly top-class hotel. I'd return anytime and recommend it to anyone looking for warmth, excellence, and memorable service.

The breakfast was a standout, fresh and delicious with thoughtful preparation and great variety every morning. My room was spotless, and the hotel's high cleanliness standards were clear throughout. Hotel Manager Thiys impressed me with his professionalism, care for guests, and attention to detail. Sebastian, the Food & Beverage Manager, also made breakfast special through his dedication, friendliness, and focus on quality. The team and management exceeded my expectations. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

My week at Mandarin is ending today, and I'll leave with wonderful memories. It was a real five-star, timeless hotel in a top location, and very pet friendly. My wife, Charlie, my seven-month-old poodle, and I had an incredible stay. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service. When I come to Prague again, I'll stay here without a second thought. Congratulations to everyone, and thanks again!

This Mandarin Oriental felt more like a personal boutique hotel, smaller than the others we've visited around the world. The location is hard to beat, just a few minutes' walk from Charles bridge, and the service from every staff member was exceptional. Sonny and José deserve special thanks for taking such good care of us each morning with wonderful food and service. We loved our stay and will be back soon.
