Getting into the city was easy, with public transport just two minutes away and the center about a ten-minute walk. The room was clean, and the hotel had a pleasant feel. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and really good. The reception team were polite and kind, always ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to visitors.

We’d happily stay here again, though next time we’d pick a warmer month. We spent our two hours before the flight checking out early, leaving our bags in storage, and heading for the National museum. At reception we stumbled into a lovely little celebration for the receptionist, whose name started with A. She was being named colleague of the month. It was heartwarming to see the company recognize her, and the manager really didn’t need to apologize for the delay. She deserved it, and the moment restored my faith in humanity. We arrived three hours late because of the weather and were greeted warmly by the woman at reception. She offered complimentary mulled wine, gave us our room card with clear directions, and a map of the area. The place was immaculate, and our room was cleaned daily. It was spacious, warm, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and towels changed each day if requested. There was a minibar and snacks, though we brought our own. The floor felt loose underfoot. It didn’t seem dangerous, but I wondered if the people below could hear it. The shower head was loose at the top, so we had to hold it while washing. I meant to mention that at checkout but got caught up in the celebration. The hotel is walkable from the train station and most attractions. We took the AE bus from the airport to the station, then walked roughly 20 minutes to the hotel. We walked everywhere for the rest of the trip, even through snow and ice, and ended up with blisters and sore legs, but it was worth it. Thanks to everyone who made our stay pleasant.

The staff made this stay especially enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Dmitry was particularly helpful and attentive. He handled our requests with care and often went the extra mile. He’s a real asset to the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend the hotel for its comfort and service. Thanks for such a pleasant visit, I’ll definitely come back.

The location worked well for us, with most attractions within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. We’d booked a double but were first given a tiny room with two single beds that couldn’t even be pushed together. The replacement was clean and comfortable, though quite dated. The walls were damaged and the tables in poor repair. There was no air conditioning, and the shower setup was awkward: the door was at the wrong end of the bath and the shower head was far too low, even for someone only 5ft 7inchs. We also had no hot water for a shower. We enjoyed the four-night stay, but wouldn’t book again.
