I was traveling alone and got upgraded to the biggest suite on the 6th floor. It felt luxurious, was roomy enough for at least six people, and had modern decor, clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and big TVs. The receptionist made me feel very welcome, and they even let me leave my luggage at reception after checkout. There was also a large bottle of complimentary champagne chilling in an ice basket. The city center location put plenty of attractions and well-known restaurants close by. The quality was so good for what I paid that I almost felt guilty. Great value, and I’d recommend it to friends and come back next time I’m in Prague.

The apartment was quiet at night, so we slept well in the comfortable beds. It was modern, clean, and had everything we needed, and the entrance hall made a great first impression. Check-in was easy, and Old Town Square is about a 15-minute walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful, with Prosecco on arrival and chocolates at checkout as nice extras. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

The staff were especially friendly and flexible, and we’d be very happy to book MOOo Downtown again. It’s a good option if you want an apartment with full hotel service. The location is just outside the main tourist area but still within walking distance of the main sights. If you’re bringing a stroller, keep in mind there are a few stairs.

The downtown location made it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and local sights, and the common areas were stylish, lively, and kept immaculate. Mooo Downtown exceeded what I expected. From the start, the staff were warm and attentive, and they clearly cared about making the stay a good one. My room was spotless, beautifully done, and very comfortable, with quality linens and thoughtful extras. I liked the city views too. The whole place balances modern elegance with a cozy feel, and even relaxing in the lobby felt easy. I can’t wait to return.

The central location made it easy to explore, with lots of good restaurants around. Our stay at MOOo Downtown was pleasant in every way. The spacious rooms were clean, well looked after, and welcoming, and having fully equipped kitchens made things easy. The heating worked perfectly. Staff were another highlight, always kind and ready to help with a smile.
