We still haven’t got our money back, even though we cancelled, and they charged our account despite knowing we couldn’t travel to Prague in April because of the Corona border closures. We’ve contacted a lawyer now. Booking.com has been practically useless, and we can barely reach anyone. Calling the apartment directly gets nowhere because nobody answers. Corona or not, the way customers are being treated is outrageous.
