I stayed there for a few months, and the flat was in very poor condition. There was no hot water after 6:30 am, the internet worked only about half the time, and noisy neighbours disturbed me. Be careful to take pictures when you move in, as you may end up paying for expenses that aren't real because of the flat's poor condition.
A very cozy boarding house in a lovely location. The hostess is pleasant and speaks Russian.
Good prices for the accommodation, and the owner is pleasant and helpful.
