It's very close to the city center and the Metro, though the apartment is a bit smaller and more compact than others I've stayed in Prague. The street is noisy, with lots of pedestrian tourists passing all the time, even sometimes past midnight. Grocery shops nearby are much more expensive than those about 500meters away because they're close to the city center.

The apartment was right in the city centre, in a lovely historic area, and it was clean, nicely equipped, and stylishly put together. The staff were happy to help with anything we needed, from tips for getting around to arranging transport to the airport. We had a great stay and would come back.

The location was excellent, close to the mall, but the apartment itself was a bad experience. We stayed four nights in the large three-room unit. We had agreed it would be cleaned every two days, but it wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. There were spider webs and insects, the cooking utensils were broken, and the air conditioner in the upstairs room didn't work. When we raised it, they said they hadn't known about the problem and would repair it the next day. They didn't. There were two fans instead, which made me wonder why they hadn't fixed it. At night the place felt creepy and not suitable for families. We were scared going back into the apartment. The corridors were noisy, and even someone moving next door could wake a person because of the parquet floor. The elevator only fits two people, and the stairs are exhausting. I wouldn't repeat this stay.
