Residence Vocelova

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, and with a small Tesco nearby on a quiet side street, picking up groceries was easy. The hotel is updated and apartment-style, right in the heart of Prague, close to Wenceslaus Square and several tram and subway lines. Staff are there during the day and reachable around the clock by phone or message. They were warm and helpful with airport transport, sightseeing tips, and dinner reservations, and welcomed us with wine, cookies, and a fruit bowl. We'd definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious, with quite large bedrooms that didn't have much furniture, but it had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, and they left traditional Czech biscuits for our arrival. A couple of days later they gave us a bottle, which was kind, even though none of us drinks. One person in our group checked in and out at different times, and that was no problem. The staff were attentive and explained everything. They suggested a few particular restaurants, which may have paid for the recommendations, though they seemed nice. One thing to be aware of: their currency exchange was described as having no fee, but the rate was poor. I'd exchange online and use another digital card for crowns. The location is great, and I'd strongly recommend the hotel.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were lovely and very clean. A cleaning crew came every day and left little gifts. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I accidentally broke a glass lamp and wasn't charged. The location is wonderful too, quiet, with I.P. Pavlova tram station just around the corner and connections all over.

The kitchen came fully equipped, even with a coffee machine and capsules. The apartment was spotless, with fresh towels and cleaning every day. The hosts were wonderful and did everything to make us comfortable. Amazing place and excellent service, highly recommended! 🌟
