I was bitten by bed bugs overnight. The manager arranged sanitizing afterward, though as far as I know this wasn't the first bed bug problem here. Staff turnover seems high, and about 70% don't understand English. The shared kitchen has the basics but was a bit dirty. The fixed rate is 880 CZK a night, though rooms fill up during sports events. There's also a great climbing wall for an extra fee.

I stayed one night at the Sporthostel and was happy with it. Everything was in good order, and the room was tidy and very clean. The sheets and pillows were neat too, and the toilets were clean. The only small issue was that there wasn't any hand wash in the toilet.

We were four people and this place suited us well. It's close to the airport, and check-in gave us no trouble. I can recommend it.

The staff were kind, and both the beds and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable too. It's not fancy, more like an old dorm room for two, but it works perfectly well for a few days. The bus stop isn't far, though the trip to the city center takes around 35-40 minutes. Overall, it was a good stay.

One upside is being inside a sports center, where you might happen upon a sporting event. As a place to sleep for a night it's okay, but I wouldn't want more than that. The strangest part was having only a curtain for the bathroom and toilet instead of a proper door. That could be pretty awkward if you're staying with someone you're not close to.
