Think basic motel accommodation, not a Hilton. The rooms and facilities feel like a college campus, with very cheap food and drinks. It's inexpensive, cheerful, friendly, and convenient, but people snore loudly, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The surrounding tennis courts and training grounds seem to be for private use or clubs. Staff don't speak English well, though Google Translate worked fine for me. Public transport isn't close, so I'd use a cab to get into the city. There's no laundry service, and there's not much nearby, though the area is peaceful, flat, and scenic. My room also had mosquitoes, and it wasn't cleaned regularly, so it was dusty and stale.

I booked a single room but there wasn't even a table, and I had to ask for a chair. The room's wifi is secured, with the password available from reception. The bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned properly; the shower head was rusty, there was no soap, and I found an unpacked one behind the drawer. The toilet seat was wobbly and missing a screw. Warm water took almost two minutes to come through. They hadn't turned on the heaters in either the room or bathroom before I arrived. The TV was tiny and wasn't in the room when I got there, so they brought one over from another room. The staff were okay, funny people.

The beds were good and the room was okay, but there was no air conditioning, so I had to leave the window open. The shower was dirty, with soap left by previous visitors. They locked the door at 23:00, which meant I couldn't go back out to get something I'd forgotten in the car.

The mattress was impossible to sleep on, and mosquitoes bit me so many times I couldn't get any rest. The rooms were absolutely terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

I can't make sense of some of the reviews. The room looks like a dirty classroom or dorm, and the bathroom is filthy. After a shower, you come out dirtier than when you went in. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.
