We had a small problem with a bathroom water pipe, but the team dealt with it as soon as we reported it. They were kind, professional, and easy to reach during the day or on WhatsApp. The apartment was quiet at night, with a comfortable layout and plenty of storage, making good use of the space. Housekeeping was thorough and on time, with weekly service and a midweek towel change. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, including a good-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, and dishes, plus a washing machine and electric drying rack. Shops, cafés, and restaurants were close by, as were the metro and tram. It felt like a little hidden gem in Prague, and we’d happily stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable, and only a short walk from the city center and sights. Vinohradsky dum was also close to the main train station and supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay and will, I bet, be back. Thanks for the experience.

The service team was great, and the room was spacious, very clean, and quiet even on the street side. The air conditioner was powerful. When I asked for a new frying pan, they brought up a brand new one quickly. They also left soap for the washing machine.

We arrived late and used the simple, convenient self check-in codes. The room was modern and super clean inside a well-kept traditional building, and we couldn’t hear any street noise. It’s an easy walk to the center and right by tram and metro stations. There’s no breakfast, but plenty of restaurants and delicious bakeries nearby. The place has lots of thoughtful little details, including a shoehorn and seat at the entrance, plus a scrub sponge, washing-up liquid, and a mat for draining dishes. AVOID THE SHOP IN THE CORNER THEY SCAM YOU.

We stayed over New Year’s and got chocolates and sparkling wine, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is right by public transport, and the room was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. They also replied quickly to our questions on WhatsApp. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
