The staff were nice, but the food was awful. My steak was cooked unevenly and far too rare, and the soup wasn't appetizing either.

We had a wonderful evening at Resort Sobotín for Valentine's Day. The menu looked beautiful and tasted great, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. We only came for dinner, but enjoyed it so much that we're sure to return for a full stay next time. 💕

The surroundings and service were great, as other reviewers have said. I don't mind paying 2,500,- for lunch, but this didn't feel like the promised "gastronomic experience." Ordinary food dressed up with edible rose petals and other plants felt like a quick way to make money. It fell well short of what I expected, so next time I'll skip lunch altogether.

This is one of the few places to stay in the Czech Republic that earns five stars from me across the board. The complex is lovely, with comfortable rooms, excellent food and great wellness facilities. We'll be back often. Thank you!

It really felt like staying in a castle, with rooms fit for a princess or prince. The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by lovely scenery, and it's quiet and relaxing. The staff are always smiling, kind and helpful, and everything is clean. There's wellness too. I had a great experience and came away refreshed. You can pay by card, and parking is right beside the building.
