Our junior suite was spacious and had a nice mountain view, though breakfast was just okay. We spent two nights at this lovely, cozy boutique hotel and had a perfect stay. The staff were warm and made an effort to look after us. Julie at check-in arranged a change to our reservation so we could stay at Soyka. The bar staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. I can’t remember her name, but the tall lady at the bar was especially friendly.

The Nordic-style interior and atmosphere are more than decent, and the Czech-style service was warm. Thanks!

We stayed for seven days with our dog, and I’m very happy to leave a good review. The location is nice, close to both the forest and the river. Staff are the most important part of any service, and everyone here was friendly, cheerful, professional, and helpful. Breakfast had a very good range and quality, though Savoy’s is a little broader. The restaurant could use more vegetarian options. The service was good across breakfast, cleaning, rooms, sauna, and restaurant. Thank you!

The food looked nice but didn’t taste that good. Service and attitude were both really bad 🙁

We had a nice stay, but were told that only the minibar fridge cost extra and the snacks on the counter were free. We ended up paying more.
