Residence Grand Suites

Apartment 8 was spacious and clean, with all the kitchen appliances provided and a bidet in the bathroom. I stayed for four days and wished I could have stayed longer. The reception service was outstanding. Ms. Jana (or Yana) was especially polite and helpful, and the woman who saw us off at checkout was kind and provided excellent service, though I can’t remember her name. Her picture is available. The place offered both comfort and security. Since it combines hotel and apartment features, it seems suited to different needs. I recommend Residence Grand to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay and a warm welcome.

We were able to charge our electric car for free at one of the two branded stations in the parking lot, which have 220V and 380V outlets. Our dog was welcome, and for 500 kuna per night they kindly left bowls, a roll of dog poop bags for walks, and a small snack in the room. My wife, our dog, and I were really impressed by the service. The place was very clean, everything was close by, and the staff were friendly and flexible. I highly recommend it.

The apartment worked perfectly well for four, and the balcony looks like it would be great in summer. It’s right in the center, with underground parking. A few things could be improved: seating in the ski cellar, more plates since we had only three small ones for four people, a bread knife, and maybe a glass teapot.

The apartment was great, with everything well equipped, new, and clean. The hotel itself is also new and comfortable, and has an elevator. There’s covered parking for all guests, and a great tavern called "V Uličce" downstairs. I can’t say what it’s like to stay here in summer, as there’s no air conditioning.
