We were really hungry, and there wasn't anywhere else nearby. Even though the kitchen was meant to be closed, they offered a few dishes they could still make. The portions were inexpensive, and our lunch was delicious. The staff were welcoming and kind.

The restaurant dinner choices were just chicken nuggets or fried cheese. The floors and tablecloths were dirty, and there was no elevator. Reception could barely speak German, let alone English. Worst of all, there was no hot water at 7 pm on two days in a row in mid-February. Best avoided.

We had tasty breakfast and dinner, and the room felt cozy. The staff were friendly too :)

The place was understaffed and dirty, with a slight smell. For such a low standard, the price was higher than I'd expect.
