Wellness hotel Windsor was the best hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn Ski Resort for us. The renovated rooms felt new, modern and comfortable, and the location puts you right by the town's main things to do. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Special thanks to Lenka for her strong support. We'll definitely come back. THANK YOU Wellness hotel Windsor!!

The saunas were the main draw for me: Finnish, steam and herbal, all included with the room. The swimming pool is very small, but I was more interested in the saunas anyway. Rooms were clean and tidy, and there was a nice bar, plus bowling and pool tables. This was the best hotel we got to stay at in Spindleruv Mlyn. Breakfast was delicious, and the food in general was very tasty. It's worth having dinner there at least once during your stay.

There's a spa complex with a small pool, several saunas and a jacuzzi. Bowling with several lanes, snooker tables and a drinks bar open late are available for an extra fee, as is private reserved parking. The hotel is in an excellent spot for the area's attractions. It's a charming little place in a beautiful part of the Czech Republic. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and there's a good restaurant on site for dinner, with half board available.

We were woken up five times by people returning to their rooms during the night. We had two rooms in the main building, and the soundproofing was so poor we could hear everything. It was a busy Saturday night, with people coming back late, but still a bad experience for an expensive stay. We paid 250 per night for a standard room. The hotel itself is nice and well located, with a very good restaurant and amazing breakfast. The staff were nice too.
