Such a lovely hotel in beautiful natural surroundings. I love this place, it's a perfect match of the two. Highly recommend it 💚😊👌🫶

The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, with plenty to choose from, and we were very happy with the room. The setting is beautiful too. The pool and saunas look appealing, though the pool, showers, and saunas could use renovation, and several changing room lockers don't work. The layout is inconvenient: reception and dinner are in the main building, so in winter you have to carry your jacket while serving yourself food, and there are no hooks for coats. The hotel's quality doesn't really justify the price.

We found the hotel clean, roomy, and well equipped, with plenty to do indoors. Its location in the heart of the Bohemian Forest makes a handy starting point for hikes and trips. We stayed a few days and really recommend it.

We've been coming here for years, but the prices have climbed well past what seems reasonable for what's included. For example, a 0.4 l Pilsen beer with dinner costs nearly 75 CZK, and two nights in an apartment with half board for two adults and 17 children came to almost 15,000 CZK. Even the 15% loyalty discount can't be used when booking online, since you have to pay the full amount upfront and reception couldn't apply it afterward, except for a small amount toward drinks. There are some real positives: the hotel is quiet and clean, the 25-meter pool is a plus, and the location is great. The rooms are modern and nicely renovated, but there's no air conditioning and the building isn't well insulated from outside, so it gets quite hot in summer. Parking costs extra too, and the rental only has regular bikes, no electric ones. The food is another plus, though dinner at the buffet is mostly Czech fare like sauces and dumplings, sometimes fries. I miss Asian and Mediterranean options. With the price now so high for the quality, and the online loyalty discount issue still there, we'll probably stay somewhere else next time.
