All good.
A peaceful, lovely spot. The rooms are tidy and have everything you need.
The biggest issue for us was how much sound carries between apartments. We could hear someone snoring next door, and upstairs we heard drawers and cupboards opening and footsteps, even early or late in the day. Apart from that, the rooms and bedding were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette is compact but has useful basics like a peeler, kettle, and grater. We also liked having a separate ground-floor entrance for each apartment.
We booked these apartments at almost the last minute for a holiday with my girlfriend, and the friendly owner made a really good impression. Our apartment was beautifully neat when we arrived, and both the facilities and location worked well for us. The kitchenette is small, but fine if you're mostly out exploring. It had a microwave, double electric hob, kettle, cutlery, glasses including wine glasses, and dishes. The beds may feel firm to some, though they suited my back. There was also a couch, TV, and radio, which was plenty. I especially appreciated the boards showing maps of local routes for short hikes, swimming, and other outings. I'd recommend it!
For an active trip where you're mostly out, or just staying briefly, this place makes sense. Spending more time in the apartment does bring out a few small faults. The fridge needs attention because it doesn't shut properly. The shower is cramped, and it's easy to knock the lever by accident, which could mean a blast of cold water or, at worst, scalding hot water. Cupboard doors also catch on the carpet and don't open or close smoothly. I'd call it a little above average overall.
