My time there was short, but I had a great stay.

The owners were so accommodating. In September, the owner turned up the heat for us and packed dinner to go when we couldn't make it in time. The lady who works there was lovely too. The place was quiet and homey, with clean rooms. Breakfast was enough for us and dinner tasted good. For our first stay in Šumava, we couldn't have picked better, and the location worked well for exploring NP Šumava and the central part of Šumava generally.

Breakfast was impeccable, with a buffet option, and dinner was tasty with generous enough portions. The cottage and its surroundings were clean and cozy. The service was great, and the lady was so nice and helpful, always there if you needed anything 😊 There are things for both adults and kids to enjoy. I can only recommend it 😉

Even though we were the only guests in the cottage, we still got full service. The food was good, and although there were too few guests for us to judge what the usual breakfasts and dinners are like, what we had was tasty and enough for us. The owner and operator were friendly, and nothing seemed like a problem for them. Rooms were clean, and the location in the middle of Šumava makes a handy starting point in any direction. We'd gladly come back. Thanks!
