The apartments are in excellent condition, nicely equipped, and in a very good location, just 300 meters from the lake. Since they aren't cheap, I'd like air conditioning and an 11 am checkout instead of 10, which is the usual time. The website is in English, but the receptionist only spoke Czech. Even so, the woman was very kind.

It was handy having the car in the garage on these hot days, since it was cool when we got back in. The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, and more. We were especially surprised by the complimentary coffee capsules and bottle of wine.

We had to cancel our stay just a few days before arriving because of an accident. The residence was so kind that we ended up paying almost nothing. Thank you for being so considerate.

The building is a bit bizarre, and the place feels sterile and noisy because the sound insulation is poor. If you like staying somewhere without a soul, go ahead. If you want a place with a human touch, look elsewhere.
