We stopped by, rang the bell, and arranged things straight away. The room was ready within a few minutes, and it’s easy to get to the center. The owner was helpful and accommodating.

Our vacation with our one-year-old son went really well. The rooms have everything you need, and communication with the very nice owner was perfect. I definitely recommend it for families with small children.

We arrived at the agreed time, 7:30 PM, but no one answered the doorbell or phone for about 15 minutes. I can understand that something urgent might happen, but there wasn’t even an apology. When we were shown the room, the directions were wrong, and we were just told the keys were in the door and “Good night!” The room then turned out to have equipment that wasn’t entirely clean or working properly. It felt like a hostel for day laborers. There were no towels, cobwebs like in grandma’s attic, a badly washed toilet, water marks on the plaster under the windows, and three mustards in the fridge. Maybe the TV and kettle were the only things that worked. For all this extravagance in the apartment, it costs 1,500 in cash per night, with no other way to pay. I don’t usually write negative reviews because I think it mocks people who run a business and try their best. But in this case, the owners should think about what they provide and what they charge. Guests, sometimes even foreign ones, deserve an adequate environment. It wouldn’t take much effort to go through the rooms properly from the perspective of first-time guests and notice things that may have been missed. Or they could leave things as they are, make it a real hostel, and spare people stressful situations. I wish you good luck! Radek Pinkava

My stay had been booked and confirmed in advance through Hotelu.cz, with a voucher. When I arrived at the guesthouse, the owner said there was no room for me.
