The room was spotless and comfortable, and we got the most relaxing rest of our trip up to that point. Breakfast was good too, with a wide choice of pastries. We hadn’t planned to stop in Varnsdorf, but after a rough day of travel and several frustrating setbacks, we needed somewhere at the last minute. We found the hotel at 9:30 pm and weren’t sure they could take us. The receptionist, whose name I think was Petra, was so kind and upbeat that she immediately lifted our spirits and gave us a lovely first impression of Czechia. As she checked us in, we saw her juggling requests from other guests too. The hotel came across as well run and professional, and this unexpected stop became a fond memory of our trip.

We stayed for one night, but breakfast spoiled all the good impressions. The sandwich meat was spoiled! How can this go unchecked and be served to guests? We told the receptionist, and all the woman said was, “Sorry.”

Our room was spotless, 10/10, with a beautiful shower, and we slept wonderfully. There’s free Wi-Fi and parking, and breakfast was fresh with everything you need in the morning. The receptionist was helpful and caring about our stay. I’d booked the garden jacuzzi for my partner and me at 11 pm, and she was there waiting for us and hadn’t forgotten. It was wonderful. I’ll definitely stay here again.

There’s safe parking on the hotel grounds and a nice breakfast. The helpful receptionist made a good impression, and as soon as you walk in, you notice how clean the hotel feels and smells. Best hotel in the area, I recommend it to everyone.
