The view straight onto the lake was magnificent, and our group of 15 loved the spacious, cozy common room. We found the Koliba Seehaus holiday home absolutely wonderful. The owners kindly answered all our questions. Just a couple of small suggestions: a dishwasher would be great, and a quieter vacuum cleaner is already in the works. I’ve recommended the house to others, and we may well come back.

We had a fantastic week at this lovely house by the lake with the Scouts. Everything was spotless, and the owners were super kind. A lot of the older reviews no longer describe what the house is like now.

The bathrooms are renovated and stylish, and there’s plenty to do, including table tennis, swimming, volleyball and barbecues. We were six adults and three children, and the place was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks so much, we’d gladly recommend it.

It seems like this must once have been a beautiful place to unwind.

The new owner is gradually getting everything up and running, and you can see the effort right away. It’s a very nice setting, with lovely surroundings for walks and relaxing. In summer, it should be a great spot for swimming.
