We enjoyed sitting out in the yard. The accommodation was beautiful, and I’d recommend picking up some cheese and pastries to have with wine from the family winery.

The breakfast was poor value, with just ham and cheese from Lidl and no eggs or hot sausages. Our room still wasn’t ready at 2 pm and the beds hadn’t been made, yet we had to leave at 10 in the morning, which felt especially silly after drinking at night. The TV had a 20 cm diagonal. The guesthouse is beside a busy, noisy road, especially if your room faces the street, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. From the room opposite the dining room, corridor noise carries through, particularly early in the morning when people head to breakfast. The price didn’t feel justified, and I definitely wouldn’t stay again.
