The bathroom supplies were limited to soap at the sink and in the shower, with no shampoo or shower gel. We also found an old toilet paper roll that was probably left by previous guests. The shower door wouldn’t close properly, and its holder was missing, so we had to rest the showerhead on the faucet. There were no slippers, kettle, cups, or cutlery, just two small glasses and a fridge. One floor towel already had yellow stains, and the other towels were only enough for two people. The bed linen didn’t look properly clean, and the linoleum floor was stained. At least there was hot water and a hairdryer. We arrived in the evening and were checked in straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness and facilities were below what I’d expect from a 3-star hotel.

Our son had a great time in the playground and kids’ play corner. The hotel is a little dated, but it suited the purpose and location just fine, and we had a lovely stay. The whole team looked after us from arrival through departure. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with any request. A big thank you to the cleaning ladies and kitchen staff, especially Marcelka, who were wonderful.

The best part of the stay was the service from Valentina and Adela in the bar/restaurant. They were always smiling and had such a nice attitude, which I really appreciated. The room was OK, though perhaps a bit overpriced since there aren’t many options nearby. The bed was good enough for a decent sleep after the festival, and breakfast was OK too. I’m planning to stay there again next year.

Everything in the room was dirty. I’d hoped for a decent room, but after just five minutes there I felt lightheaded and was scared to spend the rest of the night in it. The TV was tiny, about the size of my head. For tourists, I don’t recommend this place. It feels like a complete lie.

The breakfast was very modest, with limited choice, and the stay wasn’t worth the price. The room had furniture from the late 1980s, and moisture on the wall had made the paint peel off. One of the closet doors was stuck. Overall, the hotel was really disappointing.
