The owners are friendly, fun, and full of positive energy, and we really enjoyed their service. Their cooking was excellent, and they always did their best to accommodate guests’ wishes. The pension is in a quiet, beautiful little town, with plenty of places to visit among the woods, lakes, and small chapels. It’s a wonderful choice for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Šumava.

We had a relaxing weekend at Alfa guesthouse at the end of summer with the Donna Ladies Club. The staff were pleasant, the food was excellent, and the family-style welcome made us feel at home. We enjoyed the cozy, clean lodging among the Šumava forests, and made lots of use of the beautiful Temple of Silence for our group program, exercise sessions, and meditations. The pool with countercurrent was a lovely bonus. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back.

From 6th to 13th September, we had a clean room and a perfect breakfast. The owner was pleasant, and I have no complaints. I’d recommend it to everyone.
