The restaurant food was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. We stayed in the apartment with the hot tub, which had a lovely private terrace, a spacious, well-equipped bathroom and a generous range of toiletries. The minibar was well stocked and included in the room price, and the tub was big and comfortable for two. The bed was the letdown. It had only a foam mattress with a topper, which felt below what I’d expect at that price. We also couldn’t get room service because the kitchen was preparing for an Easter party, which seemed strange. Still, it was a really nice stay and I’d come back.

The a la carte restaurant was a great experience, especially thanks to Pavel and Natalia, whose service was super. The spa area was useful and perfectly fine too. A very nice hotel.

A convenient three-star hotel with easy parking. I was there for a workshop and think it suits a smaller programme, around 30 or so participants at most. The LCD, microphone and whiteboard were all set up and ready.

We had a pleasant stay. There are plenty of things for children to do near the hotel, and shopping is easy too. Good hotel.

I’ve been to the restaurant a few times for its all-you-can-eat lunch, and the food is genuinely good with a nice range of choices. They keep replenishing it, and the staff are lovely and look after the tables well. The room’s look really doesn’t work for me. It’s meant to have an American Southern feel, but comes across as a jumble of styles that badly needs updating.
