The buzzer-locked entrance made me feel safe traveling alone, and they were kind about letting me in when I arrived late. They also kept my luggage after checkout, and the complimentary coffee was great. I only wish my packed schedule had left me more time to stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

The garden-facing side was really quiet, and the staff were pleasant. A very nice place to stay, with nice rooms.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. During my three-night stay the elevator was out once, which wasn’t a big deal, but the shower only gave lukewarm water on two occasions. The AC also had mold on it.

The rooms were quiet, the air-conditioning was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location worked well, and it was nice to have free hot drinks. One downside: there are only full blackout curtains, no net curtains, so it’s either dark or daylight, with people able to look into the room and at the bed.

We found the room surprisingly large. It was clean and quiet, with a few restaurants nearby and about a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helped us whenever we needed it.
