We enjoyed the food, and the prices felt fair. I'm a big eater, so the portions were fine, though I'd have liked a little more. The restaurant rooms seemed spacious, and even with everyone there over Christmas, it didn't feel crowded. I haven't stayed at the hotel, so this review is just about the restaurant. We'd happily come back next year and recommend the place. The wait for our desserts, banana ice cream and assorted ice cream, was half an hour, though, and they weren't anything special. Nobody seemed to know why it took so long. Paying took a while too, perhaps because of a mix-up in communication.

It felt like home, thanks to the family who run the place. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and really clean. One of the best experiences I've had.

Breakfast was complete, and you can ask for specific items when you arrive. The room was very clean, with Gummibears as a welcome gift. The bathroom was on the small side, but had plenty of towels, soap, cups and a hairdryer. There's a bus stop close by, and the ride to Aalen takes about 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. The food looked good and was reasonably priced. The interior could be called dated, though it has its charm and is well maintained. The whole stay was a good experience.

The included breakfast was great, and the food they serve is good and reasonably priced. It's a very nice, welcoming family hotel, and the prices are good too. The interior is a little old, but that didn't bother me since the room was good. I definitely recommend it.
