Everything you need is within walking distance, and the price is great. The landlady was very nice, and the place was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Highly recommended, and I'd happily stay again. Thanks! :)

I'm afraid I can't recommend this place. It's in the basement, with a terrace built over it, so it gets no sun all day and feels colder inside than outside. The hosts only speak German, which made communication very difficult. Parking is listed, but the space is shared with the household car, parked one behind the other. One car blocks the other, so we had to call the hosts to move theirs, or they had to call us when they needed to leave. On the first night we had to park on the street about 100 metres away. The second night we called them to move their car so we could park, because there were no free spaces on the street. That's not really usable parking if you can't come and go when you need to. There are also lots of house rules at the entrance, including a warning to take off your shoes so you don't damage the wooden floor. The bathroom is new, but it's on the ground floor with no windows, and they advised showering rather than bathing because it gets so steamy. The towels don't dry in the humidity, and they say to open the windows in the morning to air the place out. There's no microwave or regular oven, only a ceramic hob and small fridge. They also said the ice packs were theirs and we shouldn't use them. Too many rules and too many problems that don't make much sense.

The surroundings are fantastic, with forest trails nearby for hiking and walking, and it's a lovely place to rest and relax. The hosts were very nice, and breakfast was delicious and generous. I'd highly recommend this accommodation.

We could easily have spent the whole time outside in the garden seating area, it's so inviting. The apartment was cozy, spotless and lovingly furnished, with everything new and a fantastic bathroom. The hostess was friendly and attentive, and didn't leave us wanting for anything. We'd love to return!
