The rooms are simple, but clean. Staff welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. We ate well at both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of choices, and the infrared sauna was a real treat after hiking.

The Ahr Valley is beautiful, but I found this hotel very disappointing. My room in the annexe felt depressing. I had asked for a balcony and got one, but it faced a wall. Restaurant service in the evening was only average, and the waiter vanished after the main course.

A good, affordable hotel. Everything is cleaned perfectly, the breakfast is okay, and having a pool and sauna is nice. I love staying here every time.

The staff were very rude to all the guests at breakfast. I also found stains on my pillowcase and covers.
