A basic place, probably suitable for just a night or two. The showers were fine and had good pressure, and the beds were comfortable, but they squeaked and creaked a lot. There's Wi-Fi, though it didn't work for me. The front desk is across from the hotel, in the associated restaurant. I'd recommend it for a short stay, as long as you don't expect great quality.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was very nice. I was here today for my niece's christening meal. I'll be back next time I visit Deutschland.

The service was just okay, not especially friendly. The interior feels very old fashioned, and the back of the hotel smelled like a smoking bar. My carbonara was okay, but it was made with cream.

I was there for a birthday celebration and ordered "saltimbocca alla romana." What arrived was three pieces of meat with tomato sauce. That's completely different from saltimbocca alla romana.

Great food and service, and there was good acoustic music on Friday night too! ;-)
