The price doesn't match the quality of the house, which is a shame. We rented the whole place for a family weekend over Pentecost last year. It needs maintenance, and that showed in the bedrooms too. The mattresses were in bad shape and dirty. As soon as we got home, I sent the owner a message with a photo, which I won't post here because it was too bad, and asked for a response. I still haven't heard back. That's why I'm leaving this review.

We rented the house for a family reunion in May 2023 and felt very comfortable there. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spotless, and the garden and terraces were wonderful. The area was lovely too.

We were a group of 10 and all felt at ease here. Every room had its own bathroom, and the garden was lovely. There are great hiking options nearby, making it ideal for a getaway đź‘Ť

The booking was straightforward, and the staff were very courteous. We rented the beautiful old timber-framed house as a group, and everyone was happy with it. The outdoor area was great, and the house has so much charm. We'd happily rent it again!
