The personal welcome at Pension Nicole made us feel at home right away. The hosts take time for you and your requests, and the atmosphere is more like visiting friends than staying at a guesthouse. Even before we arrived, they responded to our questions quickly, warmly, and reliably, which is unusual these days. You can see the care and commitment in every detail. We had an excellent stay from beginning to end and would gladly return. Anyone who values friendliness, reliability, and personal attention will feel right at home here. We recommend Pension Nicole without hesitation.

I’m not demanding, but I can’t see how this place got five-star reviews. The room was awful. The bathroom was filthy: there was still feces under the toilet seat from the previous guest, the trash hadn’t been emptied, and the shower was dirty. The bedroom carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, and the dust was so thick you could write in it. After I complained, I only had to pay for one night instead of two, but they never cleaned the room afterward. Never again. I don’t understand how Booking.com lists a place like this.
