We stayed four nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a refrigerator, a kettle, and two free glass bottles of water. Getting here was convenient: an elevator at the hotel entrance connects directly to the U Bahn at Harras. There isn't covered parking nearby, so we used the hotel's parking for 20 euros a day. Breakfast was served quickly, though the cheese selection could have been better and the hot food could have been warmer. We didn't ask for room cleaning since it didn't seem necessary. At checkout, we saw a sign saying guests get a complimentary cocktail for days without room service. When we asked about it, we were told it had to be requested in advance and nothing could be done. Since we were already leaving and had finished breakfast, I found the response rather rude. A more courteous attitude would have been appreciated, especially at a large hotel. There were some practical issues in the bathroom and room. The toilet often needs several presses to flush properly, the shower faucets are very stiff and make it hard to limit the water, and the ventilation is weak, so steam or odors take a while to clear. The heating system can make frequent nighttime noises that may disturb light sleepers. All in all, an average hotel for a large city.

We enjoyed our one-night stay. It's a simple city hotel with a clean room, a bar, and a decent breakfast buffet. Check-out at noon is generous, and the U6 to Theresienwiese is right by the hotel, so we found the location convenient. Street parking is usually available nearby, at €2 per hour from 9:00 to 23:00, up to €11, with Sundays free. If your room faces the street, earplugs are very useful.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a big choice of hot and cold food and drinks. The rooms and public areas were clean, and the staff were professional and kind. Public transport is easy to reach, and you can walk around town from here.

I've stayed here three times now, and it's been great each time. The rooms are nice, the staff are great, and there are lots of convenient stores nearby. The location is especially handy: as you leave the hotel, the elevator just to the right takes you straight down to the U6 platform. You can use the MVgo app for tickets, or take the escalator from there to the S7. This is my go-to place in Munich.

We had a phenomenal stay, with a great room and polite cleaning staff. Everyone was super friendly, especially Melica, a very kind and calm young woman who helped us several times. They even had gifts for Christmas while we were there. A great experience!
