It was okay for us, but we wouldn't stay again. The room near Deidesheim was lovely and clean, with basic amenities. The Wi-Fi wasn't working or available, there was no duvet, just an IKEA bedspread, and there was no staff around for either check-in or check-out, which felt odd. Update: My review was simply deleted, so I'm posting it again.

We came away feeling that the stay had exceeded what we expected. The room was very nice, everything was cozy, lovingly decorated, and spotlessly clean. Our hosts were super friendly and made it feel like a family place. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and you can also buy wine and other things.

The Fruchtstubb is a lovely place to settle in, with a beautiful atmosphere, modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, and very clean rooms. The hosts are absolutely lovely. Breakfast is more than ample and made with high-quality food, and the small farm shop is very well-stocked. Booking was easy. I can't think of anything to complain about.

Slept wonderfully here. Everything was spotlessly clean and so cozy, with a truly lovely atmosphere and decor done with so much love. Breakfast costs extra, but it's worth every penny. Wine from their own vineyard is included, and there's parking in the courtyard. I'd love to come back!

€89 feels far too expensive for a night without breakfast. I wanted to book a bed and breakfast for a friend for one night, but was told they aren't currently serving breakfast because it isn't profitable. That's really inconvenient in Meckenheim, where there doesn't seem to be another place to get breakfast. Götz bakery is the only option, and it's very small and cramped, so you probably wouldn't get a seat at its four-seat counter anyway.
