We were happy with our stay. The apartment had what we needed, though it was basic rather than luxurious, so it suits people with modest expectations. The place is beside the amusement park, but it was quiet, and the staff were very friendly. The caretaker even helped right away with our car and pointed us to a good garage.

Room 206 had been fully renovated in 2019 and was furnished with good taste, so we'd happily stay there again. The setting is lovely and quiet beside the leisure park, with the town center and thermal baths within easy walking distance. There are also great cycling routes and plenty of outings nearby, including Schärding/Inn and Passau/Danube.

The area is lovely, but our apartment was old and run-down. The bathroom had a bathtub, the heater was broken, and there wasn't even a bath mat. Now both of us have been sick for two weeks... What a shame.

There's a massage practice right on site, and the apartment building sits in a lovely spot next to the amusement park. The apartments are furnished in their own styles, from traditional to modern.

Shops of all kinds are only 200m away, and the city center is approximately 600m from the park. A great location right beside it.
