For a long time, the price felt fair and we were happy to stay here. Lately, though, cleanliness and how things work have both gone downhill. The heating has only been partly adjustable for at least a year, leaving us either cold or sweating with the windows open. The stairwell light came on only halfway to the first floor, so upstairs we had to find the keyhole in the dark and were relieved not to fall. Guest service was snippy and seemed uninterested. It's a real shame, since we used to enjoy staying here, but we won't book again.
